Gallbladder Cleanse : Fasting Detox

Gallbladder and Liver Cleanse : Fasting Detox

The liver is an amazing organ. It is not only a part of the digestive system, but it has a much higher importance for the whole physiology. Without a healthy liver, the immune system would not function properly, nor would there be a balance between the maintenance of cholesterol and glucose levels. The most unique function of this amazing body part is the fact that it works as a “cleansing station”. The liver is responsible for metabolising all kinds of toxins, drugs, alcohol and inactive hormones. This enables the body’s system to work properly and be free from harmful substances. Did you know that every minute there is approximately 1 liter of blood flowing through the liver? That’s around 1/3 – 1/8 of the total blood volume! Which just goes to show how important it is to us. We will show you why gallbladder cleanse is important to us.

The gallbladder is yet another small and highly important organ. It is located right behind the liver. Normally it stores and concentrates the bile. We often forget about this part of the body, unless there are gallstones which can cause acute pain.

What are gallstones and why are they harmful?

Under certain conditions, gallstones may occur in the gallbladder, biliary ducts and the liver itself. There are two types of them. The first kind consists mainly of cholesterol – these ones remain “invisible” to X-ray and Ultra-rays.

The second type consists of minerals, primarily from calcium salts and bile pigments, which become hardened. This type is easily detected by modern diagnostic tools. The stones may have various shapes, colours and sizes. It can appear as small as a pea or as big as a coin. Unfortunately, they can obstruct the bile ducts. How could the blood circulate freely into and out of the liver? This results in a poor ability to detoxify harmful substances and prevents the liver from proper delivery of important nutrients and blood plasma proteins. That has an impact on the whole system. Therefore almost anyone with ANY terminal, chronic disease may have the gallstones.

Other symptoms which are related and may derive from gallstones are:
  • Lower back pain
  • Floating stool which are difficult to flush
  • Neck and shoulder pain
  • Skin problems
  • Brain fog (difficult to concentrate or focus)
  • Fatigue
  • Sluggishness
  • Colds and flus
  • Constipation or diarrhea
  • Digestive problems
  • Flatulence/gas
  • Bloating

It may take years until the biliary colic appears caused by present complications such as inflammation, infection, or advanced ductal obstruction. In many cases, this problem results in the removal of the gallbladder.

Fortunately, there is a safe non-surgical method to eliminate these unwanted objects. Commonly known as the liver flush, it is an overnight gallbladder and liver cleanse. This cleansing procedure is very specific and takes only one night and the following  morning. However, due to the fact that this is a powerful and efficient method, it is essential to prepare the body sufficiently for this. Ideally, the participants need to complete the 7-day detox program first before joining the gallbladder cleanse. Why?

This 7-day detox is to cleanse the whole system and restore health immunity. Moreover, coffee enemas begins liver cleansing process. The caffeine from the enema will dilute the biliary ducts which is significant for the liver flush, as the gallstones pass through these passages. During the preparation process, a good dose of malic acid is also very important. Malic acid is a substance that can be found in apples and pineapples. It has a property that will soften the stones, which is very important for the procedure.

Another option is to follow a raw food or juicing diet for at least 3 to 5 days. Make sure to incorporate at least 1 liter of apple juice or 1 kilogram of fresh apples per day in your diet.

The following are other key substances for the gallbladder and liver cleanse:

  • Epsom salt (bitter salt) – dilates bile ducts.
  • Olive oil – helps to spasm the gallbladder and cause it to release the stones.
  • Grapefruit or lemon juice – has alkalizing propeties that asist in cleansing and neutralizing toxins that will be removed from the gallbladder. Additionally, it makes the olive oil easier to swallowed when mixed together.

These ingredients are served as two separate mixtures and have to be consumed within certain hours. It is necesary to have the afternoon and the day after free for the cleanse. The cleanse results in the removal of dozens or even up to hundreds of stones at a time. It is crucial to repeat this procedure a few more times. Ideally, until no stones appear. The first cleanse has to be done under supervision, whereas following cleanses require only a quiet weekend that can be performed on a Saturday night and a Sunday morning.

Why is it worth doing ?

This may be a very efficient prevention from gallstone complications. Thanks to this, you may also experience a general health improvement, allowing the main detoxifying organ to work more efficiently to eliminate unwanted substances from your precious body.
