The quickest hit or fastest changes occur from the "Clean-me-out" 7 day cleansing fast. Therefore the best thing to get you started in taking care of yourself would be to do learn how to do a cleansing fast program. We recommend you do a proper "pre-cleansing" period before you do any cleansing fast, this again will be up to you to decide (know) what condition your in and how much pre-cleanse you may need, again your responsibility.

Learn all you can about these five areas of your being and make each a habit. We can give you the tools to learn more about longevity and to increase your probability of living a longer and happy life.
The habit of doing periodic 3 to 14 day fasts/cleansing. This is a routine derived from ancient Taoist Chinese teachings that can add years to your life. Daily fasting with detoxifier drinks, herbal supplements and internal tissue cleansing enemas daily. This teaching is based on a fasting program developed in USA.
The habit of correct breathing, just three times a day, that's all it will take to give you all the reserve energy you need. We offer Yoga and Chi Gung exercise classes.
Get in the habit of eating the right foods, at the right times. We will give you our recommendations for a healthy diet, you are in part what you eat. Daily VDO lectures by Dr. Bernard Jensen the renowned nutritional expert and other food guru's.
Develop a one hour daily exercise habit. We think Yoga is a good exercise regime. We offer daily classes in Yoga and Chi Gung.
Meditation & peacefulness
Get in the habit of two daily peaceful periods for meditation or just contemplation, "take your mind off.........", about 20-30 minutes each. We have free daily meditation classes at the resort.
