Why do I need to do Colema's during the cleanse?
Since the body is stirring up poisons and the bloodstream is being cleansed, all
poisons are usually dumped into the colon (large intestine) for elimination. If
the colon is clogged or blocked and not getting rid of the poisons quickly
enough, they will be reabsorbed into the bloodstream. The body will also try to
eliminate the poisons through the other eliminative organs, such as the skin (in
the form of rash or pimples), the lungs (spitting up phlegm and mucous or
experience cold-like symptoms) and/or kidneys (strong color and odor in the
urine).
What is COMING OUT in the Colemas?
Basically it's a mixture of the Detox drinks and toxins that get absorbed into
it (plus the herbs as well of course) … some people who may have a history of
severe constipation may get the harder mucuoid plaque that is often talked
about, but from experience here, not many people do evacuate such plaque on
their first fast or even subsequent fasts-you may never see it ever as you
mightn't have it. For the first few days (1-3) you will get mostly normal stool
type matter coming out-as your colon gets emptied it does not compress the
matter coming out of the small intestine and you start getting interesting
shaped matter often in long bead-like strands (can be light or dark in colour) -
very similar to some of the photos you may have seen.
Especially days 6 & 7 you will often (but again, not always) notice these 7
interesting shapes and strands coming out-this is then showing you you are now
fairly well cleaned out and also this is why it's so important to keep up this 7
day program for at least 6-7 days and not cut it short. The best thing to
remember is NOT to focus too much on what is coming out-the fast is MUCH more
than that with the Liver, Kidneys, Bladder & Blood all getting a thorough
cleansing-these things are not visible, but are experienced by a much healthier
feeling in general that normally lasts well after you've finished fasting!
I think I have parasites. I am sometimes getting
white/yellowish noodle type stuff coming out in my Colemas?
This is often mistaken for Parasites - it sounds very much like Lymph (from the
lymphatic drainage system in the body) It's quite normal to be removing this
Lymph matter during the cleanse.
I do not tolerate caffeine very well - I get seriously
agitated and shaky, sometimes mean. Will a COFFEE COLEMA have this effect?
Drinking coffee causes the following problems: increases reflex response; lowers
blood pressure; increases heart rate; causes insomnia and heart palpitations;
over stimulates the adrenals; irritates the stomach; and leaves a toxic residue
in the body. A coffee colema when done properly will not produce these effects.
It is the caffeine that makes the coffee enema work so well. It is 100% useless
without caffeine.
Can you say more about how a coffee colema helps herbs
into the portal vein?
The caffeine acts as a carrier. Caffeine stimulates and triggers
permeability.Mucoid Plaque…
Is it possible for someone to have a "healthy" pH and a
buildup of mucoid plaque? If so, why?
Yes. If they have had a poor diet at an earlier in life, most likely they
created the plaque and there it is awaiting removal. Antibiotics destroy all the
friendly bacteria and chances are that about 90% of those who used these drugs,
have the wrong bacteria established in their guts, which probably contribute
towards mucoid plaque. Parasites abound in American bowels. They also stimulate
plaque increase. And there is salt, alcohol, drugs, processed foods, they all
take their toll.
I'm getting GREEN STUFF out but that's just the
psyllium shakes & the herbs, right?
Chances are really good that the green stuff is mucoid fecal matter or lymph.
Psyllium is never green unless one dyed it green! It also just maybe a
combination of the Detox drinks and herbs.
How do I know if I'm passing mucoid plaque?
This is not always an easy question to answer since it takes many different
forms. Generally speaking, anything that looks atypical to one's usual fecal
matter is possibly plaque. One way to check it out (though some will resist!),
is to pull a suspect piece of matter to the side of the toilet bowl with
chopsticks and attempt to cut through it. Most will be surprised to find it
quite rubbery and difficult if not impossible to sever. For some, this little
test can lend itself to increased enthusiasm ("It really is plaque!") regarding
the program. ***However, please do not worry if you are not passing mucoid
plaque - the Cleanse is still working ! It may take 1, 2 or more cleanses before
you start removing such matter. Also, not everyone has it. There is a lot more
happening than just what you can see coming out during the Colemas.
Why do doctors say that they do not see any plaque with
sigmoidoscope - that goes from top to bottom, i.e. pink intestinal skin. Does a
cleanse create plaque?
No, a cleanse does not create plaque, it removes it.
BLOOD was seen in the stool after the day 4? What is
happening?
This has happened twice. (This was red blood, not blackened.) It could be a
result of not inserting the colema tip properly - take more time and care and
don't forget to relax when inserting. Had there ever been blood in the stool
prior to cleansing? Have you had a history of bowel disturbance? Are there any
white, yellow, or off-white particles or specks seen during a cleanse? If so
this is probably polyps being removed. Are there any fuzzy looking globs being
eliminated and are there any stringy tentacles-like things coming out? This
could be tumors related pieces. One thing for certain, something is being
removed. There have been several people who have done a cleanse successfully and
beneficially who had severe colitis, Crohn's disease, and irritable bowel. It is
our opinion that a cleansing program is beneficial for any bowel disturbance. If
bleeding occurs, it can be because something that should not be there is being
challenged and that is exactly what needs to happen. We recommend after the fast
take fresh vegetable juices 3 times daily and probably some Antioxidant
supplements.
