I enjoyed my
stay – The fasting program is easy to understand + The support from The Spa
is good. The resort is beautiful+ very peaceful + The facilities are good.

Very nice
food. Glad to find this place through meeting Carla and be inspired to live
a healthier life by eating organic fruits and vegetable and doing Yoga. It
was nice to have the chance to detox my body and learn a lot about health.
The service was excellent in every area of the resort. Very clean and tidy.
Loved the Yoga classes with Cala. Thank you.

On the whole
excellent service provided by the staff collectively making it a very
