Check Out Free Daily Trip around The Spa

Free trips are arranged by The Spa Koh Chang Resort at least 5 days/week. The trips include local community tour, mangrove forest tour and shuttle service to beaches in Koh Chang. Our dear guests are welcome to join any trips. Ms. Mao, our guest relation is taking charged in these trips. She will be taking care of all the guests during the trips. Please check out the following schedule 🙂

Monday (12.00 – 15.00) White Sand Beach

The shuttle service leaves the resort at noon every Monday , heading to White Sand Beach. Joining the trip allow you to enjoy the beautiful white beach. Some shopping can be done as there are many stores and street venders, offering a variety of goods and services.

Tuesday (17.00 – 18.00) Fisherman’s Bridge and Lighthouse or Salak Phet Secret Viewpoint

We leave The Spa at 5 pm, an hour before the sunset. We are heading again to Salak Phet village but this time to a fisherman bridge. This newly constructed bridge was formerly used as a boarding place for fishermen’s boats. Fresh seafood was then loaded up to the land for selling. However, the bridge has been renovated and reserved only for sightseeing. With around 500 metres into the sea, the bridge is popular for its relaxing atmosphere in the morning or the evening. At the end of the bridge, there is a lighthouse.

Alternatively, we are bringing you to a viewpoint. The car will be parked at the entrance, then we will walk up to the view point on the top of the mountain. This is a good exercise for walking uphill but the scenery from the view point is definitely worth a walk.

Wednesday (12.00 – 15.00) Karang Bay Beach

Karang Bay Beach is only 5 minute drive away from The resort. It can also be reached by cycling from The Spa as it will only take around 15-20 minutes. The nice and quiet private beach hides itself from the buzzy tourists, which will give you an opportunity to enjoy the beach. There is also a restaurant where you can have some food and drinks.

Thursday (17.00 – 18.00) Salak Khok Mangrove Walkway and Bird Santuary Tower

A nice walkway along the river surrounded by mangrove forest. Climb up the bird watching towel at the end of the trip for the bird eye view of the entire area.

Friday (12.00 – 14.00) Tan Mayom Waterfall or White Sand Beach Again !

This is the three-storey waterfall of medium size located near the office of The National park. King Rama V and VI once visited the place and signed their royal names on the highest cliff of the cascade. The national parked fee is required 200 Baht/person which is own your own expense.
