Colema is a colon-cleansing session that you perform yourself in a private setting using the equipment provided.During the fasting days, a prepared coffee solution is used with the Colema system. Our team will explain how to prepare the equipment and complete the process before your first session. Staff remain available if you need guidance, while your privacy is maintained throughout.

Light work may be possible if your schedule is flexible. However, your energy and concentration can change during a seven-day fast.We recommend limiting meetings, deadlines and demanding work. The longer program is best experienced when you allow enough time for rest rather than trying to maintain a full working schedule.

Yes. You will have free time between scheduled drinks, treatments and Colema sessions. If you wish to go out, your detox drinks can be prepared for you to take along.We recommend choosing gentle excursions and staying close enough to return if your energy becomes lower than expected.

Weight loss naturally occurs for many guests because no solid food is consumed during the seven fasting days. However, the amount varies between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.The program can provide a useful starting point for guests who want to manage their weight. Maintaining the change after the retreat depends on returning to a balanced diet, staying physically active and developing sustainable everyday habits.

The final day is dedicated to breaking the fast gently and preparing your digestive system to receive food again.You should continue with light, simple meals after leaving the resort and avoid immediately returning to alcohol, heavy food or large portions. Post-cleanse guidance will be provided to help you transition gradually.
